Project Description
This Chicago-based startup was looking for student consultants to identify growth opportunities and evaluate new market entry strategies.
This company needs help with evaluating different ways of expanding their current customer base. It could either introduce new products in their existing market or introduce their existing products to new markets. The students will need to do comprehensive industry research, perform SWOT Analysis and come up with recommendation of the best approach. The company is currently a 25 employee startup based out of Chicago.
